Nancy Wake story

Hi, this is my Nancy Wake story which I have been working on for a while. It is not entirely true but she did run away from the Gestapo and was amazing. Have you done anything like this before?

Do you want to know about one of the Allies most treasured spy in world war two well I will tell you who she is.... her name is Nancy Wake.

“Quietly soaring I landed in a field the Gestapo started to surround me I had  no choice I ran” “I was very fast on my feet you see when I was younger” Nancy Wake sighed  “ now I am older I can’t run very fast any more.” “Grandma tell us another story about you please” begged the children “ okay I don’t need to tell you I can show you.”

“Help” thud “ouch” “where’s grandma I can’t see her hang on there she is running away from the Gestapo with a briefcase and she looks different much younger” “she has got away by dodging them in back streets yay go grandma” “I can’t wait to see the one with the plane and her running really fast now that would be cool seeing grandma run.”

“Yahoo go grandma that was awesome” hang on why can’t she see us she isn’t even looking at us she is running into a old school building exclaimed Lila “maybe going there to take refuge just in case”  you never know agreed Lulu

well now we just have to get backkkkkkkkkkkkk. Thud crack “ow that was even sorer than landing there” I think I cracked the coffee table by accident.

So now you know the story of Nancy Wake it is not entirely true.

Kate Shepard story

Hi this is my Kate Shepard story like my Sir Edmond Hillary one.

Kicking the petition down the hall of the silent Parliament as it hit the end like a crack of thunder. "Hang on this to far lets go back to when Kate Shepard was  a little girl living in Liverpool"...

"Mummy when  grow up I want to move to New Zealand and change how they live for ever" 15 years later
 "bye honey I will come to see you in New Zealand"
"Byye see you soon" one month later
"I think it is unfair that men get to vote  but women don't I think that I will make a petition to prove that women can vote I will march throw the streets"
one month later "Votes for women"
"get women voting in elections"
"sign this petition so women can vote"
"Wow what a turn out I didn't think that this many many people would come."
 One week later okay are you ready women could get the vote in ten minutes. Goodbye and good luck.
"Whahooooooooo this is amazing women can vote at last" we are so happy.
And that is the story of Kate Shepard how she started from a little girl living in Liverpool and grew up being on the ten dollar note. If you could have changed Kate Shepard's story in any way what would you have changed.
